Metal roof

Traditional roofing lasts roughly 12-25 years depending on environmental conditions. Metal roofing systems can last up to 70 years if properly maintained saving you money over time..
Metal roofs are capable of withstanding hurricane force winds of up to 140 miles per hour and because they don’t corrode like traditional roofs, remain impact-resistant throughout the years. Metal roofs are the perfect defense against lightning strikes and wildfire. Protect your home or business from unfortunate roof fires. Metal roofs help reduce your cooling costs as much as 25% by deflecting solar heat. These savings help offset your purchase costs over time.
Metal roofs are composed of up to 95% recycled material and can also be completely recycled after use, making them an environmentally viable option.

shingle roof

While shingle roofs come in a variety of types and colors, asphalt shingles are most common in Florida. Compared to other sloped roofing options, shingle roofs are the least expensive option. However, a correctly installed dimensional shingle roof can last about 15-20 years in spite of South Florida’s extreme weather.

tile roof

Tile roofs are beautiful, durable, fire-resistant, energy efficient, and can withstand Florida’s 150mph wind speeds. They come in a variety of materials, profiles, colors, and finishes. You can choose from concrete, clay, and ceramic tiles (in order from least to most expensive) and in the following profiles: flat, double roll, spanish-s, and barrel (pan and cover). The versatility of tile roofs makes them easy to match with your existing exterior colors and design.

Tile roofs are superior to asphalt shingle roofs because they increase your property value and offer greater impact protection. They also last longer than asphalt shingle roofs because the tiles can be adhered instead of nailed. This reduces the number of perforations through the roofing underlayment in comparison with asphalt shingle roofs

flat roof

The most technically challenging replacements are flat roofs. The aforementioned systems are rather straightforward, in comparison, with the execution of client preferences according to manufacturer’s specs and the Code. With flat, or low-slope, roofs we get into the wonderful world of design. Compatibility to connected systems, insulation configurations, drainage and durability are all considered in design specifications. There are dozens of low-slope systems available but this market has generally settled on two types of BUR (Built-up Roof) – fiberglass and modified bitumen
